Lubricating oil quality class

Diesel engines under low speed and high load and high speed and high load are lubricated with CE grade oil. Compared with the low grade lubricating oil, the antioxidant capacity, cleaning and dispersing capacity of high grade lubricating oil are obviously improved. In addition, the valve mechanism has been optimized in wear protection, oil scale resistance, preventing filter clogging, lubricating oil loss and low temperature pumping.

At present, with the promotion of national three and four environmental protection requirements, the engine manufacturers have introduced high-quality engines (electronically controlled engines), and the use level of oil has been improved accordingly. The CD level has been eliminated, while CF and CH level have become the mainstream. According to China's national conditions, such as serious vehicle overload, poor road conditions, low degree of driver specialization, diesel sulfur content instability and other adverse factors, resulting in engine overhaul in advance. Therefore, high quality grade oil should be selected.
